1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the participation in the ENN Teaching Business Plan, where individuals can start their own English teaching classes using ENN’s structured foundation course and platform. By enrolling in this program, participants agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

3. Teaching Responsibilities

- Instructors must follow the recommended teaching methodology, which includes:
- Teaching one step at a time and discussing it for two days.
- Ensuring students practice on the ENN platform using manual and auto mode.
- Engaging students effectively and facilitating their learning process.

6. Platform Access & Support
- The ENN platform access is provided for one year from the date of enrollment.
- Students enrolled by the instructor get six months of platform access for practice, including three months during the course and an additional three months post-course.
- ENN offers technical support for platform access, but teaching assistance and student engagement are solely the instructor’s responsibility.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- The ₹10,000 investment is non-refundable, irrespective of circumstances.
- Once an instructor purchases a course for a student, it cannot be canceled or transferred.
- Instructors must ensure accurate student details before making a purchase.
8. Advertising & Promotion
- Instructors are responsible for their own advertising and promotions.
- ENN does not provide financial support for marketing but may offer guidance on promotional strategies.
- Promotions should be conducted ethically and professionally, without misleading claims about the course.
9. Legal & Compliance
- The instructor agrees to comply with all local regulations and educational guidelines.
- ENN is not liable for any legal disputes, taxation issues, or complaints related to the instructor’s independent business operations.
- Misrepresentation of ENN’s name, brand, or courses may result in termination of platform access without a refund.
10. Termination & Modification
- ENN reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this business model at any time with prior notice.
- If an instructor violates any of these terms, ENN reserves the right to revoke platform access and terminate participation.
- In case of termination due to violation, no refund or compensation will be provided.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in this business plan, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
